BTS WORLD — First Impressions

The long-awaited mobile game BTS WORLD is finally out! After an hour’s delay, we finally got to play it and the first thing I can say is that it’s an absolute time-sink. And I mean this in the best way possible.

If you haven’t had the chance to play the game yet or even if you haven’t played the preview on the Netmarble website then here’s the very basic premise of the plot for you: You’re an ARMY on your way to a concert when something strange happens and all of a sudden you’re back in 2012. You work for BigHit and it’s your job to gather up all the members of BTS and help them along to who you knew them as in the original timeline.

The game is free to play and it’s possible to play it without spending a single dime of your real money — you just have to wait around for things to recharge.

As you go through the story and complete missions, you build affinity with each member and as you level up their affinity you get texts or even calls from each member.

While completing missions you also get clothes and hairstyles for the members and you can dress them up however you like!

Along with that, there’s also the “Another Story” section where you get to experience an alternate reality with each member.

I’ve been playing the game for hours since it launched and so far it’s incredibly fun! There’s plenty to do and you’ll hardly find yourself bored while playing.

The game is definitely worth a try. But be warned, it is a big app (~1.6GB+) so you’ll definitely need to clear out some things to accommodate it on your phone.
