Why are all official goods pre-order?

Official goods are shipped to our office from Korea once you place your order. It may take 7-10 business days for us to get the item depending on when it was released. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled nor refunded.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order by selecting the options available and clicking add to cart. If it is a pre-order album, please check the release date since the item cannot be shipped until after it has been released.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged. Each apparel is customized according to the order, therefore we cannot sell it to another customer. If the item has not been shipped out yet, please email us to process a refund for the order.
If you do receive a damaged product, we allow exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receiving the package.

Please review our size charts carefully before placing an order. All of our apparel are in US sizing. If a size needs to be exchanged, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For new official goods, they usually ship within 1 week after the item as been released in Korea. If the item is older, it may take some time depending on the stock. Once the order is shipped out, it may take 2-8 days to deliver to you depending on the shipping speed you select.

Apparel orders are usually shipped out within 5-7 business days after processing. Once the package has been shipped, it may take 2-5 business days depending on the shipping speed you select.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We are not responsible for any VAT or customs fees that may occur. Please check with your customs before placing an order to make sure you understand your local fees if they apply.

I AM NOT FROM THE UNITED STATES AND DO NOT USE USD CURRENCY. DO YOU ACCEPT OTHER FORMS OF CURRENCY?

The default currency is set to USD, however, you may use the currency converter to view the prices in the currency of your origin country. All products can be purchased from any country with any currency, but you may see the currency change back to US dollars during check out.
