How Do You Deal With Post-Concert Depression?

It doesn’t matter what fandom you’re in or who you stan — this is something that gets everyone regardless of fandom. Whether you’ve just gone to your first concert or your tenth one, the post concert depression will likely get you.

Maybe you’re one of the people who don't get it, and that’s completely fine! But if you do, how do you deal with it?

Seeing your faves live is an experience unlike any other. The rush of dopamine and adrenaline culminates into some overwhelming joy where you scream and you cry and you never want the concert to end. But it does.

It ends and you go home and all you have is your memories (recorded or not) and that gnawing feeling of longing to see them again.

So what do you do?

First of all, take it easy! Relive the memories, consume any extra content that makes you smile. But if you feel like that’s not helping you, then maybe it’s time to take a break.

It will be hard, but take time to pamper yourself in some way! Work on some of your other hobbies, play with your pets or go hang out with your family/friends. Maybe try something new!

In the end, know that your faves will still be there for you.
