Sincere Message

Good Afternoon,
I hope everyone is having a good day so far.

I wanted to come forward to explain how I run Mandu if that’s okay.
Mandu is largely run by me, Justin, and a small but dedicated group of employees. We don’t have a lot of staff, outside support or make large profits despite the appearance of a large following.

I created the company in a small dorm room and have been fortunate enough to upgrade to a small office over the course of 3 years. We now have dedicated staff to manage the NY store, sales representatives, a social media manager, a blog writer, a customer service professional and two designers. I gladly take the full responsibility of fulfilling all of your online orders, printing t-shirts, assuring the quality of our materials, working with manufacturers and replying to emails to the best of my ability along with other administrative work. It’s my job and I’m fortunate to be able to do something I’m passionate about.

The company was founded on a passion for KPOP and a willingness to connect around a common interest as well as help make it accessible to people. That is what keeps me going. I don’t seek millions, fame or power, just a place to belong and do what I love professionally.

This, of course, doesn’t mean Mandu is without flaw. I want to present to you all the best version of me and my brand, that means I have a lot of learning and growing to do and so I would like to ask your understanding and patience. I have no ill intentions towards any of my customers, other brands or companies in the industry but wish, instead, for us to thrive as a whole.

I owe all of Mandu’s success to my wonderful customers, and I would like to extend my most sincere gratitude to all of you.

Sincerely.
Justin CEO & Founder
